| Spa Etiquette Please arrive 5-10 minutes for your service. We offer on time services. Bring casual attire for your comfort. Bathing suits cover ups and shoes are required. Any lost or left behind articles will be delivered to the Hotel's Lost & Found Area, however, the Salon nor the Hotel are responsible for any lost items during your visit to the salon. Spa Cancellation Policy: We strongly recommend that you book your Spa services in advance by calling 787-791-1000 ex. 1775 / Direct 787-253-1300. The Spa is open 10 am to 8 pm, Monday thru Sunday. As courtesy to other guests please call 4 hours in advance to re-schedule or cancel your appointments. Reservations under edouardparis.com require 24 hours advance notification for any cancellation or re-scheduling. Re-schedules are non-cancelable. We strictly adhere to our 4 hours cancellation policy. Gratuities: 20% gratuities recommended. |
