Salon Etiquette
Please arrive 5-10 minutes for your service. We offer on time services. Bring casual attire for your comfort. Bathing suits cover ups and shoes are required. Any lost or left behind articles will be delivered to the Hotel's Lost & Found Area, however, the Salon nor the Hotel are responsible for any lost items during your visit to the salon.

Salon Cancellation policy: We strongly recommend that you book your Salon services in advance by calling 787-863-1000 ex. 7494 / Direct 787-863-8901. The Salon is open 9 am to 7 pm, Monday thru Saturday, Sundays 12 noon to 7 pm.

As courtesy to other guests please call 4 hours in advance to re-schedule or cancel you appointments. Reservations under edouardparis.com require 24 hours advance notification for any cancellation or re-scheduling. Re-schedules are non-cancelable. We strictly adhere to our 4 hours cancellation policy.

Gratuities: 20% gratuities recommended.
Prices and services subject to change. All manicure & pedicure treatments when exposed to suntan lotions or chlorine chemicals may fade away. Cancellation policy: As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, please give us a 24 hour notice if you must cancel or change any treatment. Without notification you will be charged in full, including gratuity. Re-schedules are non-cancelable. 20 % gratuity will be added to your bill.
